Nova City was created within the and utilises a major plot of land within it, supporting bigger builds and greater capacities for visitors.
Nova City is a neon lit city with Fallout vibes and a futuristic feel. It has a truly unique feel and spectacular details. There is so much to see and do! A dope soundtrack completes the feel of this amazing city. Nova City is the home of the Moofs, where all the action takes place - and the Moofs love it!
Nova City has undergone a redesign and is now in version 2, which expands upon the first version with improvements in visuals and performance.

Upon its launch, a gamified quest was set up that allowed gamers to find the lost Game Shack keys, with the Moofs deserting Nova City because of the closure of the Game Shack. The mission involved speaking to various NPCs to find the lost keys. This led to the first activity within Nova City and rewarded players with free NFTs and even SOL prizes. A side mission had players finding some hidden GameBoys within the City and those that did received a level boost within the community. It was a great success and demonstrated the appeal of gamified missions. This was completed in V1 of Nova City.
Moving forward, Nova City will continue to expand to include the exciting new features that Portals have to offer. This includes more complex tasks that allow collection of items as well as more interactive elements, such as NPCs that use highly detailed AI information to allow natural and fluent conversation.
Nova City V2 has been released and is up and running. The new version provides a more complete feel, with instant transport to doored areas, such as Nova City College and The Game Shack. Nova City will be developed upon to introduce new games, mission and workshops at the College - The first workshop was already completed and a big success.
As you can see above, Nova City will become more and more populated by not only players but NPCs, with the majority being Moof avatars to complete the feel of the City. Nova City is also a place to 'do' stuff besides missions and tasks. There are certain shops and areas that allows education to occur or link to another fun place. For example, Nova City College will link to lecture rooms to educate people on a range of subjects, this could be 3D modelling and animation, content creation and design, Portals building tutorials, music production, the list can go on! Further, Nova City is home to The Game Shack, a retro arcade that will allow free play of retro games and additional benefits. More on this on the page.
